Delivery and Shipping Policy

Unicart Pty Ltd delivers products only within Australia.

We do not deliver to PO Box and Locked Bag addresses.

Our working days are Monday to Friday.



On placing an order on our website an e-mail confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. Please keep this e-mail as proof of purchase.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.

On dispatch, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you along with a link to track your order.

If your order has not arrived within the specified delivery time, please contact us by e-mailing Kindly, specify your order number in the subject line of the e-mail.



All orders once shipped, should arrive within 15 to 20 days. If your delivery address is in regional Australia it may take an additional 7 days.


On receipt of order, please check if all products you have ordered have been received.

If you receive an incorrect product, please do not open it as we do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been tampered and not in their original condition. Please email regarding the incorrect product received and our customer service team will assist you. Kindly, specify your order number in the subject line of the e-mail.

If you received a damaged product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by e-mailing along with relevant pictures showing the damage. Kindly, specify your order number in the subject line of the e-mail.



If an incorrect shipping address has been filled out during check out and the item cannot be delivered it will return to our warehouse. Our customer service team will contact you regarding re-shipment. The cost of re-shipment to the correct address will be borne by the buyer. If re-shipment is not required, a refund will not be processed.



Currently we offer free shipping across the website. This may change without notice and shipping costs will be calculated at check-out.
