Returns & Refunds

  1. CHANGE OF MIND

In case of change of mind, we accept returns only if they are within 15 days from the date of purchase. Conditions to be met -

  1. The item should not be used and should be in its original condition along with tags.
  2. The item should be in its original packaging. If the packaging is tampered or if it has been opened the item, it will not be accepted.

The item should be returned to Unicart Pty Ltd. 3 Butler Drive, Hendon SA 5014.

The cost of shipping the product back to us will be borne by you. We advise that you get a tracking number while shipping the product back to us so that we can keep a track of the shipment. A store credit will not be processed if the item does not reach us.

On receipt of the item, we will inspect it for any damage and email you a store credit to use in the future. Sorry, we do not provide refunds for ‘change of mind’.

 

  1. FAULTY/ DAMAGED ITEM

We take utmost care while packing your item for shipment. Due to unforeseen circumstances, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately by e-mailing hello@unicart.com.au along with relevant pictures showing the damage. Kindly, specify your order number in the subject line of the e-mail and our customer service team will assist you. Do not discard the item as we may request you to ship it back to us.

For the item to be replaced, we would normally check to see if it is in stock. If the item is ‘Out of Stock’, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Where payments are made by credit card, refunds will be processed to the same credit card.

Generally, refunds take some time to reflect in your bank account or credit card. If you have not received the refund within 7 days of us intimating you, please contact us by e-mailing hello@unicart.com.au.

 

  • SALE/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

From time to time products are put on ‘SALE’ or ‘SOLD at REDUCED PRICE’. In such case, returns will not be accepted unless the item is faulty/ damaged.

If a product is marked as ‘NON-RETURNABLE ITEM’ in the product description, it cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded unless the item is faulty/ damaged.
